What we did:
Italian Pet is a brand-new pet care line which was redesigned, together with the partner company, to bring to market fresh-looking pet essentials for the b2c market.
The partner company was manufacturing two products, training pads and pet wipes, for large distributors in private label model, but always wanted to approach the direct to consumer market to diversify its channels.
After analyzing in-depth the existing market offering, we realized we had to completely redesign the company products, both in terms of formulas and in terms of packaging and design, which proved to be the winning formula for a successful go-to market. The company is now working on its product range expansion, with a new line of supplements in the making.
We launched and grew the brand on Amazon Italy from zero to more than half a million turnover in less than 15 months, and we are now supporting the company in its expansion to other European markets.
Anticipating the launch of new products that could be sold outside of Amazon too, we decided to invest in community from day one, building a following of 70k+ on Instagram and 40k+ on Facebook.
